In general all the paperwork required for clearing your goods through customs is provided by Alljammers. Usually the shipping invoice and courier waybill included with all shipments from Alljammers is sufficient.
Sometimes additional paperwork such as product licences are required by customs. We track all of your shipments until they reach you, so if there is such a requirement, we will respond to it promptly on your behalf, usually without the need for you to take any action.
You may need to show a copy of the shipping invoice to receive your products in some cases, and we will give you the papers you need on request.
It is your responsibility to confirm the details of the shipping paperwork with Alljammers before the goods are sent out. We will follow your instructions for customizing the shipping documentation according to your requirements, and you, as the importer, bear full responsibility for any exception arising from this paperwork.
If you have to pay any tax on the goods you receive, the most common way is that the taxes are first paid at customs by the courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and then you simply pay back the courier using cash or your credit card, when they deliver the goods to your door.
On bigger orders (meaning, for most countries, anything more than one or two cartons) you should consider hiring a professional licensed Customs Broker to assist you with the clearance of your goods when they arrive in your destination country. This is because tax and contents assessment is applied most strictly to bigger shipments.
Alljammers sources unique, hi tech products from China Mainland factories. The factories are often OEM manufacturers for big, well-known electronics brands. Their product quality is excellent, but we know that sometimes, factory production line error rates are simply not strict enough. You need to maintain a near-perfect image with your customers, and that means the minimum of product problems.
To guarantee the quality of the products you buy from Alljammers, we’ve put in place a rigorous Quality Control process for all our products. Every product you buy from Alljammers has been quality controlled by our QC technicians before it was put on the warehouse shelves.
Drop-shipping means your supplier (Alljammers) sends goods directly to your customers, but as far as your customers are concerned, they bought the products from you and they have no contact to Alljammers. Alljammers allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers. There are no additional charges.

Tax is a complex issue, because it depends what country you are receiving the goods into. Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes. Other countries are ultra restrictive and have high taxes. Before you start importing bigger quantities of China electronics to your country, you’ll need to research what the law and practices are in your country (or shipping destination countries if you are dropshipping internationally).
Your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Sophisticated systems are set up to immediately send your order to our shipping department, where items are to be shipped out by the end of the following business day.
We accept P/P, Western Union, Money Gram, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards including JCB, Maestro-UK accepted at our secure checkout site.
Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined.
Absolutely! In fact, it’s statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Payments are gone through WorldPay servers, which use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL’s browser, so that customer’s personal information can be protected.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.
When your order is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you, Alljammers will re-send the goods or give a full refund. In practice such cases are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such cases can take some time, so in such an event you may be advised to place a new order at your expense while the original shipment is investigated pending compensation.
Rechargeable batteries can also be permanently reduced in capacity if you leave them completely drained for a long period of time. To keep your batteries healthy keep them charged and in use.
Alljammers products have the batteries tested and confirmed OK when entering our warehouse stock, and we ensure proper stock turnover so no products are expired when we send them out. When you receive your items, charge the batteries fully before use, as we do not pre-charge the batteries for you on all items.
